Ha, I was having a deep boy-to-boy chat with my primary school buddy, KahMing
We were talking about CCA.
Like how both of us were comparing our CCAs,
he's in NgeeAnn Dragonboat, while I'm in NgeeAnn MagnumForce :D:D
Well, we weren't really comparing on who's better and tougher.
But like how have we benefited from it and how much we enjoy.
Frankly, every training that I attend, I feel damn good
after all th PhysicalTrainings.
Albeit there were a few instances when I really wanted t give up halfway.
(eg. Launching with Mats around th Track), I still held on.
Well, MagnumForce yo! :D

And so, yesterday's training with th Magnies (MagnumForce Juniors) was really productive pleaseeee :D
I lost like 0.8kg after th 4km run and working out and all :D:D
And this week, I've lost 2.8kg in total :D:D
NOVELTY OF TH FATS :D
Damn, I hope all these dieting had not gone to waste please.
